Work screens went dark, conversations got louder, and a game of Mafia revealed new roles, sharp instincts, and plenty of smiles.

It’s a reminder that strong teams are built not only through daily work, but through moments of trust, connection, and time spent together.

Since autumn 2023, the operating environment has been shaped by the war in Ukraine, redirected Eastern flows, stagnation in Western Europe, truck oversupply, and continuously rising costs.

Margins remain under pressure, competition is intense, and every decision must be taken with a long-term perspective.

Under these conditions, the formula for survival and progress is clear: hard work, responsibility, quality, and continuous improvement.

Today, “almost good” no longer exists.
You either do things right, or you fall behind.

• Fleet average age reduced from 4 to 2 years

• Moved into a modern, spacious, and comfortable new company office

• Turnover increased by 10%, exceeding €20M for the first time
• 3rd best profitability year in the company’s history
