Šį kartą dalinamės projektu, kurio metu nuskenavome 30 metrų aukščio kaminą ir tiksliai išmatavome jo diametrą trijuose skirtinguose aukščiuose. Darbui pasitelkėme profesionalų rankinį 3D „Ray 2“ skenerį, kuris leidžia greitai ir tiksliai užfiksuoti net sudėtingiausias bei sunkiai pasiekiamas detales. Rezultatas – aukščiausio detalumo, preciziškas 3D modelis, pasižymintis net dvigubai didesne raiška.

Svarbu paminėti, kad matavimai naudojant LiDAR technologiją yra iki 7 kartų tikslesni nei dronais atliekama fotogrametrija. Be to, 3D skenavimas ne tik pagreitino visą matavimo procesą, bet ir sumažino klaidų tikimybę bei padėjo optimizuoti gamybos kaštus.

3D scanning combines speed, accuracy, and innovation, enabling highly precise measurements and the creation of detailed 3D models. 🏭

This time, we’re sharing a project in which we scanned a 30-meter-high chimney and accurately measured its diameter at three different heights. For this task, we used the professional handheld Artec Ray 2 scanner, which allows us to quickly and precisely capture even the most complex and hard-to-reach details. The result is a highly detailed, precision-level 3D model with up to twice the resolution.

It’s worth highlighting that measurements using LiDAR technology are up to 7 times more accurate than those obtained through drone-based photogrammetry. Moreover, 3D scanning not only sped up the entire measurement process but also reduced the likelihood of errors and helped optimize production costs.
