Let's meet Titas, who is a co-founder and CEO at an advertising agency who is also a member of the community. He works with Ecommerce and describes himself as a learning enthusiast.

A lot of his day to day life involves different methods of problem solving and that requires a lot of creativity, so Titas shared a few creativity boosting tips with us:

"1. Go to sleep with a notebook nearby, because you can get the best ideas right before going to sleep (when you're relaxed) or right after waking up (when you are well rested).

2.Always talk and communicate with other different people. Not only can that be an amazing motivational boost, but also you can get different opinions from all perspectives.

3. Don't be lazy to do the second one that you just read." Titas is a quirky man.

When asked about how the space he works in impacts the quality of his work, he answered:

"The impact is huge. In the past, I used to make excuses about the space I work in. Ones were too loud, ones were too quiet and in the end it would result in me not being productive at all. At it is the perfect balance so if I need to make a phone call, I can use the phone booth, if I want to communicate with others, I can go to the shared spaces."
