RDA is Relative Dentin Abrasivity, an indicator that measures the effect that the toothpaste has on the tooth surface.

🔹 Low abrasivity (RDA < 55–60) | For daily use on sensitive teeth.
🔹Medium abrasivity (RDA 60–80/100) | For daily use on normal teeth.
🔹High abrasiveness (RDA 80/100–150) | Whitening pastes, strong plaque removal pastes.
🔹 Very high abrasiveness (RDA 150–250 | Intensive whitening pastes, often not recommended for continuous use.
