Unpaid ad… I still owe you the details about the first part of our stay in Austria 🇦🇹. So we rented this Chalet ‘Auhäuslgut’ near Saalfelden in Salzburger Land. It was just perfect. You have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a tub), a cozy living room with a fireplace and a lovely kitchen. As if this wasn’t enough, you have your very own sauna outside in the garden ♥️ and an infraredcabin. Pets are allowed and the owner is super friendly. It’s located in a small village with access to hiking trails nearby and the forest. We enjoyed our stay so much and definitely would consider going back. Austria is not the typical chalet country but nowadays you can still find many beautiful options. And personally I find it more relaxing than a hotel, especially with kids or dogs.
