‼️ We are looking for an HR Specialist who would like to grow in an international, dynamic, and supportive environment. ‼️

✅ Requirements:
• Higher education in Human Resources, Management, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of successful experience in HR (experience in retail will be considered an advantage);
• Strong knowledge of Latvian labor legislation and ability to apply it in practice;
• Understanding of payroll administration and time tracking systems;
• Ability to independently plan and organize daily tasks and solve problems quickly and effectively;
• Ability to work with confidential information and communicate effectively;
• Experience in organizing and conducting employee training;
• Good MS Office skills and experience with HR management systems (SAP is an advantage);
• Fluency in Latvian, English, and Russian.
