We are excited to announce that ASP Asset Management AIFP has successfully organized an investor syndicate in the form of an alternative investment fund consisting entirely of LatBAN - Latvijas Biznesa eņģeļu tīkls investors for investment in Monetizr. This startup raised $4 million during this funding round, with Change Ventures as the lead investor. This marks the first investor syndicate in the form of an alternative investment fund set up in accordance with the model of aggregating assets, which has proven to be highly efficient in terms of speed, cost, and flexibility.
