If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
If it breaks… fix it.

This van cost me £2500 after it was deemed uneconomical to keep going, which as an ambulance that does makes sense.
But, as proven, there was a fair bit of life left in it.

Many things have broke, I fixed them.
Learning how the van works along the way for the next time it breaks. 😆

But it stands to reason that in our “eco-friendly” world, new vehicles have a shelf life of 6-7 years and when it s**ts itself it gets thrown away to upgrade to new one…

The old stuff will just keep going.
All in, this van has probably taken £16k off me in total… used and abused every single day, providing transport, shelter, a livelihood & infinite memories.
Try getting a new vehicle for that money, then fit it out and make it last 22 years. 🤷‍♂️

Keep your DPF’s, your’s LED’s & your Screens. I’ll drive this s**t heap into the ground with a toolbox in the back. 🧰
