Have you ever been away from home and desperately missed it, missed the smells, food, and general feeling. We get that. For us, we missed Mexican food most of all. So after watching the movie Chef maybe a million times and finding a cute little food truck for sale online, we took the plunge! We drove to Casa, fell in love with the rig and a few weeks later KechMex was born.
