Lately I’ve been feeling a deep pull back to playing with paint—color, curiosity, and the simple act of showing up to what needs to be moved through me in this unsteady time. To feel nourished by the act of creating.

Not to be productive.
Not to make something “pretty.”
But to listen. To play. To feel alive again through paint.
To give me inner peace so that I can be of steady footing and service.
