Basil Pesto Pasta with liver sausages
أول وصفة نحطها فأنسطاگرام دآخر حاجة طيبت، شديت الصوصيط ديال الكبدة وطيبته، من بعد شوحت البصل والثوم فالزيت رومية وبلدية وزدت الشومبينيو وفروماج كيري وصلقت الباط ديالي، من بعد زدت الباط ملي طابو مع 2 معالق كبار بيسطو دالحبق مع الما دالطياب وزدت الصوصيط ديال الكبدة طايب، وطفيت على المقلة ملي بردات زدت ماطيشة سريز
Hello guys,
This is the first recipe I post on my new page, and is simply the last meal I've cooked
Ingredients:
-Liver sausages
- onions
- garlic
- mushrooms
- kiri cheese
- cherry tomatoes
- basil pesto
- canola oil
- olive oil
We take 2 pans, one for cooking the sausages, and the other one to cook the onions garlic and mushrooms and kiri cheese. We boil our pasta, then we add it to the mixture with a little bit of the pasta water + 2 tablespoons of basil pesto. Finally we add the sausages and as a last finishing touch we add the cherry tomatoes cut in halves.
