Rising along the vibrant waterfront of Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, Sunset Tower is envisioned as a landmark of contemporary urban living. The proposed 35-storey mixed-use tower, reaching 140 meters in height, introduces a refined architectural presence that connects city life with the serenity of the waterfront landscape.

The design emphasizes fluid balcony forms, panoramic glazing, and layered terraces that capture sweeping views of the sea, skyline, and surrounding promenades. The tower’s sculpted façade creates a dynamic rhythm across its elevation while maximizing natural light and outdoor living spaces for residents.

JUBAIL VILLA

A contemporary 1,400 m² luxury villa designed to embrace its exceptional setting on Jubail Island. Overlooking the mangroves, the architecture projects confidently toward the sea, creating a strong visual connection between interior spaces and the coastal landscape.

Defined by clean horizontal lines, expansive glazing, and carefully framed terraces, the residence maximizes natural light and uninterrupted sea views from every bedroom. The aerodynamic composition enhances both performance and presence, while layered stone, wood soffits, and shaded outdoor living areas create a refined yet relaxed atmosphere.

From the pool terrace to the rooftop garden, each level is thoughtfully composed to balance privacy, openness, and panoramic views delivering a seamless dialogue between architecture and nature.

As Master Planner, Full Design Consultant, and Site Supervisor, JLA Group led the vision and ex*****on of this 357-hectare development, ensuring design excellence across all phases. Completed in 2009, the project remains a proud example of integrated living inspired by nature and lifestyle.
