MRA Mobilising for Rights Associates

Les États ont l’obligation de lutter contre toutes les formes de violences basées sur le genre et fondées sur les discriminations intersectionnelles. Quel est le bilan actuel de la réponse actuelle du Maroc à ces violences ? Quels devraient être les éléments concrets d’un agenda commun pour des actions visant à garantir les droits à l’accès à l’information, aux services, et à la justice, sans discrimination aucune, aux personnes soumises aux violences basées sur le genre ? Ce sont les questions abordées lors du Green Salon 25, organisé par Heinrich Böll Stiftung Rabat - Maroc et portant sur étude exploratoire « Promouvoir une approche intersectionnelle et inclusive des violences basées sur le genre » préparé par Mobilising for Rights Associates (MRA). Merci à tous les participants d'avoir fait le déplacement de loin, et d’avoir enrichi les conversations avec des expériences de terrain.
يقع على عاتق الدول التزامٌ مكافحة جميع أشكال العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي والعنف المبني على التمييز التقاطعي. ما هو الوضع الراهن في إجابة المغرب على هدا العنف؟ ما هي العناصر الملموسة التي ينبغي أن تُشكّل جزءًا من أجندة عمل مشتركة تهدف إلى ضمان حقوق ضحايا العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي من أجل الوصول إلى المعلومات والخدمات والعدالة دون تمييز؟ هذه هي الأسئلة التي طُرحت في الصالون الأخضر 25، الذي نظمته مؤسسة هاينريش بول بالرباط، والذي ركّز على الدراسة الاستكشافية "تعزيز نهج تقاطعي وشامل للعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي"، التي أعدتها منظمة مرا. شكرًا لجميع المشاركين الذين تنقلوا من أماكن بعيدة وأثروا النقاش بخبراتهم الميدانية.
Governments have an obligation to combat all forms of gender-based violence and intersectional discriminations. What is the current response in Morocco to such violence? What concrete actions should be included in a shared agenda to guarantee the rights of victims of gender-based violence to access to information, services, and justice, without discrimination? These questions and more were addressed at the Green Salon 25, organized by the Heinrich Böll Foundation Rabat to present the exploratory study "Promoting an Intersectional and Inclusive Approach to Gender-Based Violence," prepared by Mobilising for Rights Associates (MRA). Many thanks to all of the participants who traveled from afar and enriched the discussions with their grassroots experiences.
