We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to act as the first point of contact with potential new customers, answer their queries and appoint discovery calls with our top management. You will participate in those customer calls, as well as in our internal trainings, in order to learn the business and evolve into senior Business Development Managers with higher responsibilities and remuneration.

If you enjoy communicating with business people all around the world, working with a great team on innovative solutions, and you are motivated to achieving goals, this job is right for you! You will use your communication skills to identify new clients while representing our company in a positive way.

Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
👉 gather information on assigned clients and segments (e.g. company size, needs, and pricing plans);

👉 contact leads (potential new clients) to set up calls with our management;

👉 learn our solutions, attend customer calls with management, and trainings to evolve to senior business roles;

👉 ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries;

👉 build strong client relationships, through regular communication;

👉 track and report on the status of leads;

👉 suggest ways to maximize client outreach and satisfaction;

👉 communicate product and pricing details clearly;

👉 promote new products/services to existing customers.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
✔️ good English, at least written, is a must. Good communications skills are a big advantage;

✔️ experience with Linkedin and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage;

✔️ understanding of sales principles and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience is preferred;

✔️ the high degree of professionalism and responsibility. A positive attitude is a must!

✔️ good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude;

✔️ BSc/MSc in Economics, Marketing, etc, could be an advantage.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✔️ administration of the existing Azure Cloud platform for client’s internal projects;

✔️ active contribution to the strategic group-wide clients’ project;

✔️ implementation and transfer of cloud solutions in the area of IaaS;

✔️ work on exciting and varied infrastructure projects;

✔️ design and development of scripts in the area of “Infrastructure as Code” (e.g. JSON, Terraform, ARM templates);

✔️ developing effective and pragmatic solutions to project-related challenges;

✔️ documentation of projects across all phases;

✔️ working closely with clients’ product development teams to improve processes and strategies.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
👉 completed apprenticeship (e.g. as IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or application development) or successfully completed university studies in the technical field;

👉 basic understanding of Microsoft Azure;

👉 know-how in the area of Infrastructure as Code;

👉 experience in the use of Linux and Windows systems;

👉 basic knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines;

👉 basic programming and scripting skills;

👉 very good English speaking and writing skills.
