Took it easy yesterday. Warmed up on sumo deadlifts. Then into normal deadlifts. Was not planning to do 190s (3× 20 kg 2×25 kgs),but when Malcolm C Spark the beast in in town. The hulk venom pumps. Thanks guys who Deadlift at Cynergi Health & Fitness Club you've help motivate me a lot.
So today I done the 180 kg Cynergi Health & Fitness Club wasn't thinking to do it tbh. Had some bad news to I guess I worked it off and focused. 💪💪💪👊👊👊
