Transfer money to Account Outside Malta?

Today I went to HSBC bank in Bugibba Square to tranfer 600 euro to my Swedish Bank account, I tried to get inside the main entrance but doors would not open. A nice gentleman on the street try to figure out how I could get inside. But with no success. Luckily for me there where two person sitting inside HSBC bank waywing their hands to let me know I could go in another side. Whats going on? There is no HSBC bank anymore? only two persons waiting in line. I had to go inside a small room to ask bank assistant working on her computer if I could transfer money to my swedish account and she said is not possible... WHAT? I hear my self thinking. I asked where I could possible go to tranfer my money. She said I should go to western union near Bugibba pharmacy they will tranfer my money to my Swedish account.
I walked all the way to western union witch is inside Buggibas pharmacy. Western union Assistant working could not help me and did not know where I could go in Malta to transfer my money.
Be sure when visiting Bugibba to have money in your bank account!
