Marko Dekanić is a two-time participant in the Budapest–Bamako Rally. At the ADV Summit he will talk about the rally itself, the equipment, and the preparation of both the motorcycle and the rider for the journey to Africa; about African people, borders, regulations, anecdotes, bribery at border crossings, food worth trying, and places to avoid. He will share the challenges as well as the beautiful experiences he encountered on the journey from Zagreb to Sierra Leone and back.
