Our director is currently at Podim Conference in Slovenia, the most influential startup and tech event in the Alps-Adriatic and Western Balkans region, uniting ambitious founders, investors, and business leaders to drive innovation.

On April 2, iSource had the pleasure of taking part in two important activities organised by the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies in Bitola.

We participated in the Career Expo 2026, where students had the opportunity to connect directly with companies from the IT industry, and our Director, Vladimir Robevski, also joined the panel discussion “Human–AI Interaction,” contributing valuable insights on the role of artificial intelligence, knowledge, and experience in today’s digital world.

We are proud of the strong cooperation iSource has built with the Faculty over the years, and we are always glad to support initiatives that bring together education, innovation, and future IT professionals.

This year for International Women’s Day, the amazing ladies from iSource offices in Skopje and Bitola celebrated in a creative way – with a Sip & Paint session.

It was a wonderful opportunity to relax, express creativity, and enjoy time together outside of the usual work routine. Moments like these remind us how important it is to celebrate the people who make our teams stronger every day.

On the 26th of September, we had the opportunity to host a Kaizen methodology session at our iSource offices, led by an expert from Japan. The workshop focused on practical ways to embed continuous improvement, efficiency, and teamwork into everyday business - helping us strengthen our processes and deliver even greater value to clients and partners.

The session, announced on a call by the Agency of Support of Entrepreneurship in Macedonia, is part of the standardised mentoring services delivered through authorised mentors within the Regional Centres for SME Development, and integrated into the Institutional Network for Entrepreneurship and SME Support.

Developed in collaboration with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), this mentoring model provides timely and comprehensive business support for SMEs, fostering sustainable growth and reducing business risks.

At iSource, we believe improvement is not a one-time effort, but a mindset – and Kaizen is guiding us forward on that journey. 🌍
