Y Chan Studio

The medical center is located on Pyi Tar Yar Street. We designed to offer a good environment for patients and staff. Recognizing the positive impacts of natural light on patient wellbeing, our goal is to bring natural light into the space while keeping the heat to a minimum. After thorough consideration, we used louvered system on the building’s facade to block direct sunlight, and we have created a buffer space to effectively lower room temperature.

In this project, we converted a 615 sqft apartment into a versatile office space. Originally configured with 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen we redesigned the layout by removing some existing walls to create an open layout that enhances the sense of space and connectivity. We also designed modular tables that can be configured to suit various work setups. Our goal is to create a dynamic work environment to enhance productivity.
