One of our favorite projects to date here in Myanmar! Any excuse to spend more time in Shan State! 3 Bedroom, 3 full bath mountain home.

Some before and after's of one of our favorite projects in Northern Shan State. A custom residential home! The owners have had friends come over and ask for the floor plans to reproduce the home in other areas! Its easier to just call us friends :D

Behind the Leaf Coffee Warehouse Drawings.
In case anyone is interested in seeing the plans for this amazing company's amazing warehouse! You are looking at 3 phases worth of building plans that will ultimately be a one stop shop for everything coffee storing and sorting. There will be an office in the front with a cupping room on the second floor. Not to mention a bridge and a lift to hoist coffee up on to the roof for drying on our tables! Coincidentally, our shipping time of the coffee lines up with rainy season. So it was Super important for us to create a space for a large truck to be able to dock in and stay out of the rain while it was being loaded with the delicious coffees!
