5th December ‘23, Tuesday
at City Mall St. John (Concourse Area)

This Retail Innovation Showcase 2023 is an experiential exhibition featuring the latest in innovative retail technology as well as trends in the shopper marketing space. Drawing inspiration from Euroshop 2023.

This is our 3rd instalment of Retail Innovation Showcase after Malaysia in July and Singapore in August ’23.

Responsibilities
1. Overall responsible for planning and leading operations team projects align with management planning.
2. Support and work closely with Operations Admin for Procurement, Production and Managing FOS system.
3. Closely work with client service team and retail outlets management.
4. Plan and Conduct required operational trainings and coaching sessions for Field Supervisor and Field Assistant Safety and Quality Oriented.
5. Conduct regular outlet visits (both Urban and Rural area) to ensure all installed mediums are in standard of Shopper+ Myanmar
6. Ensure all installed mediums are being audited properly and recorded with photo evidence for quality assurance and provide solutions for problems faced by Field Assistants
7. Forward thinking of potential risks, challenges and issues related in operations, productions, materials, equipment and hardware that would need for new campaigns.
8. Build strong business relationship with Retailers and Suppliers.

Required Skills & Experience
• Any Graduates Prefer with diploma holder business or operations management.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in business management
• Fluent in English both speaking and written
• High level of leadership skills, project management skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, analytical skills, organizational skills and time management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft excel, Power point and good presentation skills

Working days & Working hours - Mondays to Fridays - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
