Everyone is Important.
လူတိုင်းဟာ အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။

One day, a professor came to class and gave his students a surprise test.
တစ်နေ့မှာ ပါမောက္ခတစ်ဦးဟာ အတန်းထဲဝင်လာပြီး သူ့ရဲ့ကျောင်းသားတွေကို ကြိုမပြောထားဘဲ စာမေးပွဲစစ်ချလိုက်တယ်။

The students read all of the questions on the test but were surprised to see the last question.
ကျောင်းသားတွေဟာ မေးထားတဲ့မေးခွန်းတွေကိုဖတ်ပြီး နောက်ဆုံးမေးခွန်းကိုတွေ့တော့ အံ့အားသင့်သွားကြတယ်။

The last question was: What is the first name of woman who cleans our school?
နောက်ဆုံးမေးခွန်းက 'တို့ကျောင်းကို သန့်ရှင်းရေးလုပ်တဲ့ အမျိုးသမီးရဲ့ နာမည် ဘယ်လိုခေါ်ပါသလဲ' တဲ့။

The students were confused seeing this question and thought that this might be some kind of joke.
အဲဒီမေးခွန်းကိုတွေ့တော့ ကျောင်းသားတွေဟာ ခေါင်းရှုပ်သွားပြီး ဒါဟာ နောက်တာပဲဖြစ်မယ်လို့ ထင်ကြတာပေါ့။

The students took the test but all of them left the last question blank.
ကျောင်းသားတွေ စာမေးပွဲကိုဖြေကြပေမယ့် သူတို့အားလုံး နောက်ဆုံးမေးခွန်းကိုတော့ ဘာမှမရေးခဲ့ကြဘူးတဲ့။

After finishing the test, one of the students got up and asked if the last question would count toward the quiz grade.
ဖြေပြီးနောက် ကျောင်းသားတစ်ယောက်က နောက်ဆုံးမေးခွန်းရဲ့အမှတ်ကို အောင်စာရင်းထဲ ထည့်တွက်မှာလားလို့ ထရပ်ပြီးမေးလိုက်တယ်။

The professor smiled and said, “Absolutely..”
"သေချာတာပေါ့" လို့ ပါမောက္ခက ပြုံး၍ပြောတယ်။

Another student said, “Sir, I have seen her many times but how would I know her name?"
"ဆရာ၊ ကျွန်တော် သူ့ကို ခဏခဏမြင်ဖူးပေမယ့် သူ့နာမည်တော့ ဘယ်လိုလုပ်ပြီး သိနိုင်မှာလဲ" လို့ နောက်ကျောင်းသားတစ်ယောက်ကပြောသတဲ့။

The professor said, “In you career, you will meet many people holding various positions, and all of them are significant. They each deserve your attention and care, even if all you do is smile and say Hello..”
ပါမောက္ခကြီးက ပြန်ပြောလိုက်တာက "မင်းတို့ရဲ့ သက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းအလုပ်တွေမှာ ရာထူးပေါင်းစုံနဲ့ လူတွေကိုတွေ့ရလိမ့်မယ်၊ သူတို့အားလုံးဟာ အရေးပါသူတွေချည်းပဲ။ မင်းတို့ဟာ သူတို့တစ်ဦးချင်းစီကို အရေးတယူလုပ်ရမယ်၊ အနည်းဆုံး ပြုံးပြ နှုတ်ဆက်တာမျိုးပေါ့ကွာ"။

The students learned a very important lesson that day.
အဲဒီနေ့မှာ ကျောင်းသားတွေဟာ အရေးကြီးတဲ့ သင်ခန်းစာတစ်ခုကို မှတ်သားလိုက်ရပါတယ်။

Moral:
Every person is significant and deserves your attention and respect.
လူတိုင်းဟာ အရေးကြီးတယ်၊ ဂရုစိုက်ပြီး တလေးတစားဆက်ဆံပါ။

မိန်းကလေးအများစုက
ကိုယ့်ထက် အသက်ကြီးသူကို

အရာရှိကတော် ဆိုတဲ့ ဂုဏ်ပုဒ်မှာ
တင့်တယ်တယ်လို့ ယုံကြည်ကြပြန်တယ်။

တကယ်တော့
ယောက်ျားတစ်ယောက်ကို ပိုင်ဆိုင်ခွင့်ရပြီး
စိတ်ရောလူပါ အေးချမ်းစေဖို့ရာ
တစ်ဘဝစာ အတွက် လက်တွဲဖို့ရာမှာ
အသက်ကြီးခြင်း ငယ်ခြင်း
ပညာတတ်ခြင်းမတတ်ခြင်း
ရာထူးရှိခြင်း မရှိခြင်း
ပိုက်ဆံရှိခြင်း မရှိခြင်းနဲ့ မဆိုင်ပါဘူး။

ယောက်ျားတစ်ယောက်ဟာ
ကိုယ်ပိုင် အရည်အချင်းရှိရမယ်။
ရှိတဲ့အရည်အချင်း အပေါ်မှာ မူတည်ပြီး
ကောင်းမွန်သော ဘဝ ရပ်တည်မှုအတွက်
အသုံးချတတ်ရမယ်။
စစ်မှန်တဲ့ မေတ္တာစိတ် ရှိမယ်။
