SCR & TRIAC Testing
Multimeter ကို အုမ္း (×10 or ×100)တြင္ထားၿပီး
အနီေရာင္ probe ကို cathode (k)တြင္ထားၿပီးအနက္ေရာင္ probe ကို anode (A)ႏွင့္ထိထားပါ။
Multimeter ၏ pointer သည္ infinite ohm တြင္ျပေနမည္။ ထိုေနာက္ အနက္ေရာင္ probe ကို anode (A) ႏွင့္ gate (G)တို႔တြင္ တၿပိဳင္နက္ထိလိုက္ေသာအခါ multimeter ၏ pointer သည္ တန္ဖိုးတစ္ခုျပေနလိမ့္မည္။ ထို႔ေနာက္ အနက္ေရာင္ probe ကို anode (A)တြင္ထိျမဲထိထားလ်က္ G ကိုလြတ္ပါ ။ထိုအခါ multimeter ၏ pointer သည္ မူလေနရာတြင္ပင္ ဆက္၍႐ွိေနမည္။ SCR ေကာင္းမြန္ေၾကာင္းသိႏိုင္ပါတယ္😁😁😁။
TRIAC အတြက္လည္း ထိုနည္းတိုင္းစမ္းသပ္ႏိုင္သည္။ cathode (k) ေနရာတြင္ MT1 ကိုလည္းေကာင္း anode (A) ေနရာတြင္ MT2 ကိုလည္းေကာင္း အသီးသီးေျပာင္း၍ မွတ္သားၿပီး တိုင္းတာႏိုင္သည္။😁😁😁
