Remark:
• HPB is short for hot-rolled plain steel bar. It is Grade I rebar.
• HRB is short for hot-rolled ribbed bar. HRB300 is Grade II rebar, HRB400 is Grade III rebar.
• HRBF is short for hot-rolled ribbed bar of fine grains.
• RRB is short for remained-heat-treatment ribbed-steel bar.
• CRB is short for cold-rolled ribbed bar.
• CPB is short for cold-rolled plain steel bar.

HOW TO STORE CEMENT ON SITE?

STORING OF CEMENT ON SITE – GUIDELINES
1. Store cement in a building which is dry, leak proof and as moisture proof as possible.
2.There should be minimum number of windows in the storage building.
3.Stack the cement bags off the floor on wooden planks in such a way, so that it is about 150 mm to 200 mm above the floor.
4.The floor may comprise of lean cement concrete or two layers of dry bricks laid on well consolidated earth.
5.Maintain a space of 600 mm all-round between the exterior walls and the stacks.(see figure below)

6. Stack the cement bags close to each other to reduce circulation of air.
7. The height of stack should not be more than 10 bags to prevent the possibility of lumping under pressure.
8. The width of the stack should not be more than four bags length or 3 meters.
9. In stacks more than 8 bags high, the cement bags should be arranged alternately length-wise and cross-wise, so as to tie the stacks together and minimize the danger of toppling over.
10. Stack the cement bags in such a manner so as to facilitate their removal and use in the order in which they are received.
11. Put label showing date of receipt of cement on each stack of cement bags to know the age of cement
12. When it is required to store cement for a long period of time or during the monsoon; completely enclose the stack by a water proofing membrane such as polyethylene.
13. Different types of cement must be stacked and stored separately.

vlookup ကို Cell Range ထဲမှ ဖော်ပြထားသောပစ္စည်တစ်ခုချင်းစီ၏ တန်ဖိုးကို ပြန်ရှာဖွေလိုသောအခါ vlookup function ကို အသုံးပြုပါတယ်။Estimate တွက်ချက်ရာ၌ Item အလိုက် ပစ္စည်းတွေရဲ့တန်ဖိုးကို BQ မှာရှိတဲ့ Rate မှာ ဖော်ပြပေးရပါတယ်။ဤအခါမှာ Vlookup Function ကိုအသုံးပြုခြင်းအားဖြင့် အမှားအယွင်းကင်းပြီး ပိုမိုမြန်ဆန်စေပါတယ်။ဖော်ပြလိုသော Items နှင့် Rates ကို သီခြား Sheetမှာ စုစည်းထားရပါမယ်။ယခုဖော်ပြမည့် သင်ခန်းစာကို သေချာနားလည်အောင် လေ့လာခြင်းအားဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မှာ အသုံးချနိုင်မှာပါ။

Function Arguments
1. Lookup value
ရှာဖွေလိုသော ပစ္စည်း(Desktop,Laptop...etc.)

2.Table Array
ပြုစုထားသော ပစ္စည်းစာရင်း(သို့)Range
C3:E8 >>>ယခုဖော်ပြထားသော ပစ္စည်းသည် Table နဲ့ ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။တို့ကြောင့် Table Array မှာ Table1[items]:[rate] လို့တွေ့ရတာပါ။Table မဟုတ်ပဲ ရိုးရိုး Cell Range ဖြစ်ပါက C3:E8 လို့တွေ့ရမှာပါ။Range ဖြစ်ပါက Row နဲ့ Column ကို Fix လုပ်ထားဖို့လိုပါတယ်။Fix လုပ်ဖို့ ဆိုရင် Desktop နဲ့ဖြစ်ပါက F4 ကီးတစ်ခုတည်းသာ နှိပ်ရပါတယ်။Laptop ဖြစ်ပါက Fn ကီးနဲ့ F4 ကီးကိုတွဲနှိပ်ရပါတယ်။ Fix လုပ်ထားမှသာလျှင် Fill Down လုပ်တဲ့အခါ ပြုစုထားသော Rangeအတွင်းမှာရှိနေမှာပါ။

3.Column Index Number
Column Index Number ကတော့ Table Array မှာ ရွေးချယ်ထားသော Cell Rangeသည် Column သုံးခုရှိပြီး မိမိလိုချင်သော Column သည် နှစ်ခုမြောက်တွင် ရှိပါက 2 ထည့်ပြီး Column သည် သုံးခုမြောက်တွင် ရှိပါက 3 လို့ထည့်ရပါမယ်။

4.Range Lookup
Range Lookup မှာ နှစ်ခု ရှိပါတယ်။ 1 က True ဖြစ်ပြီး
ရှာဖွေလိုသော ပစ္စည်းနာမည်နှင့် အနီးစပ်ဆုံး ရှာပေးမှာပါ။ 0 ကတော့ False ပါ။0 က ရှာဖွေလိုသော ပစ္စည်းနာမည်နှင့် တစ်ထပ်တည်းထပ်တူကျမှ အဖြေကိုဖော်ပြပေးမှာပါ။
အထည်ပါ ရှင်းပြချက်နှင့် အောက်ပါပုံတွေနှင့်ယှဉ်တွဲလေ့လာကြည့်ပါ။Vlookup Function ကို နားလည်လာပြီး လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မှာ အသုံးချတတ်လာပါလိမ့်မယ်။
