Effective project management is crucial for delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Thus, our Project Team is always overseeing the scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and coordination among stakeholders to ensure project success.

1. Project Manager / Senior Engineer (Mechanical – ACMV / P&S / Fire)

Job Responsibilities:
• Involved in M&E (ACMV / P&S / Fire) projects
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors
• Coordinate to produce coordinated services drawings (CSD) and shop drawings
• Coordinate with other departments within company (Structure, Interior & Architecture, Electrical)
• Manage project schedule, cost, quality and site safety
• Manage, plan and lead project teams
• Ensure successful, cost-effective and timely project delivery
• Project procurement
• Submit weekly reports to project director and clients
• Attend meetings with clients / consultants / sub-contractors
• Perform other tasks as required
Job Requirements:
• BE or BTech Degree in (Mechanical or Electrical)
• 6 – 8 years of relevant experience in small to mid-sized building projects
• Strong knowledge of Air-conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation, Plumbing & Sanitary
• Proficiency in Auto CAD and Microsoft office
• Strong leadership and supervision skills
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

2. Senior Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical – ACMV / P&S / Fire)

Job Responsibilities:
• Source for quotations for items required in tenders
• Preparation of price comparison and costing summary
• Preparation of tender submission and tender pricing verification
• Site verification of variation and taking records for submission of claim
• Lead and guide junior QS(s) at work
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control.
• Taking the BQ for ACMV, Fire Protection and Plumbing & Sanitary Systems
Job Requirements:
• BE or BTech Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in small to mid-sized building projects
• Well verse in MS Office applications with strong Auto CAD background.
• Strong knowledge of Air-conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation, Plumbing & Sanitary Systems
• Strong leadership and supervision skills
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

3. Senior Site Engineer (Interior Decoration & Construction) – 1 Post
Job Responsibilities:
• To set out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification
• To liaise with the project manager regarding construction programme and assist PM in the supervision and management of construction activities to assigned project
• To liaise with procurement to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements
• To check materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements
• To act as day-to-day managers on a construction site and provide technical advice as well as quality control for everyone working on it
• To perform as part of the site management team and take some of the responsibility for security, health & safety and supervising materials and people
• To attend coordination meetings organized by client and consultants etc., to solve technical issues and other related matters
• To comply with company policies, procedures and instructions at all times
• To enforce the relevant safety rules at site and make sure personal protective equipment is worn as and where required by the staff under their responsibility
• To conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors, installers
• To take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time
• To evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction which affect the quality of works performed
• To provide data in respect of variation orders and site instructions
• To coordinate the handing over of completed work to client and completion of necessary rectification works
• To report to the Project Manager/ Project Director of Construction.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Must know process of work as well as sequence of works for work arrangement.
• 3-5 years of working experiences in interior related fields.
• AutoCAD and MS office is a must.

အဓိကထား အာရုံစိုက်မွမ်းမံချင်တဲ့ နေရာများ နဲ့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ကို ကြိုတင်သတ်မှတ်ခြင်းဖြင့် ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်ပြည့်စုံတဲ့ နေရာအနေအထား၊ အသုံးဝင်မှု ကို ရရှိစေတဲ့ အပြင် အလှအပပိုင်းအရလည်း ပိုမို တင့်တယ်သော နေရာတခုအဖြစ် ဖန်တီးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

၂။ ကုန်ကျသုံးစွဲမယ့် ငွေကြေး ပမာဏ သတ်မှတ်ခြင်း။
ပြင်ဆင်မွမ်းမံမှု လုပ်ငန်းမှာ လက်တွေ့ကုန်ကျမယ့် အသုံးစရိတ်များဖြစ်တဲ့ ပစ္စည်းဖိုးနဲ့ လက်ခ၊ အထွေထွေ လုပ်သားစရိတ်၊ ဌာနဆိုင်ရာ ခွင့်ပြုမိန့်အတွက် ပေးသွင်းရမယ့် ငွေကြေး များအပြင် မမျှော်လင့်ဘဲ ဆက်စပ်ကုန်ကျနိုင်တဲ့ အသုံးစရိတ် များကိုပါ ထည့်သွင်းစဉ်စားပြီး လျာထားဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။ ဒါမှသာ တကယ်ကုန်ကျနိုင်တဲ့ ပမာဏကို ပြင်ဆင်မွမ်းမံမှု မစခင် ကတည်းက ကောင်းစွာ သိရှိသတ်မှတ်ပြီး ဖြစ်ပါမယ်။

၃။ ပြင်ဆင်မွမ်းမံခြင်းမှာ ထည့်ဝင်အသုံးပြုချင်တဲ့ အရာများကို စူးစမ်းရှာဖွေ စုဆောင်းခြင်း။
ပြင်ဆင်မွမ်းမံခြင်းမှာ ထည့်သွင်းအသုံးပြုလိုတဲ့ အပြင်အဆင် အခြယ်အသများ၊ စိတ်ကူးစိတ်သန်းနဲ့ လိုက်လျောညီတဲ့ အလှဆင် ပစ္စည်းများ၊ အရောင် အစပ်အဟပ်များ စသဖြင့် နှစ်သက်သဘောကျတဲ့အရာတွေကို အတွင်းပိုင်း ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ မဂ္ဂဇင်းတွေနဲ့ အင်တာနက်ပေါ်က ဓာတ်ပုံတွေအပြင် ပြင်ဆင်မွမ်းမံထားမှုတွေကို လူတိုင်း အလွယ်တကူ ကြည့်ရှူလေ့လာနိုင်အောင် စုဆောင်း ဖန်တီးထားတဲ့ အင်တာနက်ပေါ်က ပရိုဂမ်တွေမှာ ရှာဖွေစုဆောင်းပြီး ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ နှစ်သက်သဘောကျတဲ့ စိတ်ကူးပုံစံတွေကို အလွယ်တကူ မှီငြမ်းနိုင်အောင် ပြုစုထားဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။

ပြင်ဆင်မွမ်းမံချင်တဲ့ နေရာ၊ ပုံစံတွေနဲ့ အသုံးပြုမယ့် ငွေကြေးပမာဏပေါ် အခြေခံပြီး ဘယ်အရာက မဖြစ်မနေ ပြင်ဆင်ရမယ့်အရာ၊ ဘာတွေက နောက်မှ ပြင်ဆင်ရင် ရနိုင်တဲ့အရာ ဆိုပြီး လိုအပ်ချက်နဲ့ ချင့်ချိန်ကာ ဦးစားပေးအဆင့် သတ်မှတ်ဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။ ဒါမှသာ စီမံကိန်း ချမှတ်ပြင်ဆင်တဲ့အခါမှာ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ချမှတ်နိုင်ဖို့အတွက် အထောက်အကူဖြစ်စေမှာပါ။
