Job Description
• Assist in the coordination of all project activities & submissions as required
• Support require documents when team needed
• Keep proper records and maintain all administrative correspondences and documents relation to projects in good order
• Negotiating with supplier/ sub-contractor for cost
• Maintain good relationship with government EPC office and officers
• Prepare project planning and calculate site complete forecast date
• Monitor engineering changes are updated
• Attend site meetings with customers
• Plan and manage project schedules to meet team objectives
• Prepare quotation, project claim, FAC, invoice & following up claim approval
• Working independence and team work Prepare site layout drawing
