• Fluent in English or Chinese (preferable).

💦 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (𝟭 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁 / 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗲)
• At least 3 years of experience in related field.
• Responsible for the overall technical support of fish and shrimp base breeding.
• Responsible for the planning and construction of the overall quality system of the breeding base.
• Responsible for on-site audit, evaluation and confirmation of the base.
• Responsible for base audit, tracking, rectification and implementation of non-conformance found.
• Regularly report the base situation to superior leaders in the form of daily and weekly reports.
• Do a good job in the management and construction of technical team, as well as the technical training and improvement of personnel.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

• Responsible for the technical service work of the breeding base, and can specify good solutions to the problems in the technical service work.
• Follow up the technical service work in the area under management, put forward reasonable suggestions and specify technical specifications.
• Responsible for the preparation of each process technology and related flow chart, check sheet.
• Be responsible for other work assigned by superior leaders.
• Responsible for the weekly quality analysis and information feedback of the breeding base.

💦 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 (𝟭 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁 / 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗲)
• At least 2 years of experience in related field.
• Market data analysis, including (aquatic product information research and collection, feed and drugs management, equipment management, cost control).
• Staff quality business training, sales skills and research on seafood transportation.
• Analyzing the operation status of aquatic products (performance analysis, market research, business strategy, etc.).
• Responsible for organizing, arranging, communicating, coordinating, supervising, implementing, analyzing and evaluating with relevant departments.
• Organize market research, understand market dynamics, and propose business countermeasures.
• Salary is negotiable upon job expertise.
