နည်းလမ်း (၁)
ကွန်ပျူတာစသုံးတဲ့အခါ သို့မဟုတ် window တင်တဲ့အခါမှာ Username မဖြစ်မနေပေးခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ ထိုအခါ ကွန်ပျူတာမှာ Username နဲ့ Administrator ဆိုပြီး accound နှစ်ခုဖြစ်သွားပါတယ်။ ဥပမာ Username မှာ MgMg လို့ပေးခဲ့ရင် MgMg နဲ့အတူ Administratorဆိုတဲ့အကောင့်က ပူးတွဲပါရှိလာပါတယ်။ မိတ်ဆွေက MgMg မှာ passwords ပေးထားခဲ့တယ် ဒါပေမယ့် မေ့သွားပြီဆိုရင် ကွန်ပျူတာကို Restart ချလိုက်ပါ။ Restart ချလိုက်တာနဲ့တစ်ပြိုင်နက် F8 ဆိုတဲ့ Key ကိုအဆက်မပြတ်နှိပ်ထားပေးပါ။ နှိပ်ပါဟုဆိုရာတွင် ဖိထားခိုင်းခြင်းမဟုတ်ပါ။ ထိုအခါ Safe Mode မြင်ကွင်းကို ရောက်သွားပါမယ်။ Safe Mode ဆိုတဲ့စာသားနေရာကို Arrow Key နဲ့ရွှေ့ပြီး Enter ခေါက်လိုက်ပါ။
အချိန်အနည်းငယ်တော့စောင့်ရပါမယ်။ ထိုအခါ ကွန်ပျူတာသည် Safe Mode မြင်ကွင်းနဲ့ ပွင့်လာပါလိမ့်မယ်။ ၄င်းတွင် Administrator နှင့် Username ( MgMg) ကိုတွေ့ရပါမယ်။ Username ( MgMg) သည် passwords မေ့နေသူရဲ့ account ပါ။ ယခု Administrator အကောင့်ကိုဖွင့်လိုက်ပါ။ Safe Mode နဲ့ဝင်ထားတာဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် MgMg အကောင့်ကိုတော့ ဝင်လို့ရမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ Start> Control Panel မှ User Accounts ( icon ) ကို ကလစ်ဖွင့်ပါ။
User Account (box) ပေါ်လာပါမယ်။ ၄င်းတွင် "or pick an account to change" လို့တွေ့ရပါမယ်။ ထိုအခါMgMg ဆိုတဲ့အကောင့်ကို ကလစ်လုပ်လို့ရပါပြီ။ ထိုအခါ နောက်ထပ်မြင်ကွင်းတစ်ခုပေါ်လာပါမယ်။ ၄င်းတွင် "What do you want to change about
account လို့တွေ့ရပါမယ်။ ၄င်းတွင် "Change the password" ကိုရွေးချယ်ပြီး password အသစ်တစ်ခုပေးပါ။ အရင်စဥ်းစားမရတဲ့ password ကို အပင်ပန်းခံပြီး စဥ်းစားမနေပါနဲ့။ မေ့လိုက်ပါ။
တစ်ကယ်လို့ "Remove the password" ကိုရွေးရင် ဘာpassword မှထည့်စရာမလိုတော့ဘဲ ကွန်ပျူတာပွင့်လာပါလိမ့်မယ်။ "Type a new Password" မှာ passwords အသစ်ထည့်ပေးပါ။ မထည့်ချင်လဲ ဒီအတိုင်းထားပါ။
Change password ခလုတ်ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။ ကွန်ပျူတာကို ပုံမှန်အတိုင်း Restart လုပ်ပါ။ အကောင့်မှာ password တောင်းရင်လည်း password ပေးပြီးဝင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ မတောင်းရင်လဲ ဒီအတိုင်းပဲ ပွင့်သွားပါလိမ့်မယ်။

နည်းလမ်း (၂)
ကွန်ပျူတာမှာ တစ်ခြားသူတစ်ဦးဦးက ဝင်လို့ရရင်(အခြား User ရှိရင် သူ့အနေနဲ့ဝင်ပါ။) ပထမနည်းအတိုင်း ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

နည်းလမ်း (၃)
ယခုနည်းတွင် ကွန်ပျူတာရဲ့ CD Drive မှာ ဝင်းဒိုးစီဒီ ထည့်ထားပါ။ BIOS သို့ဝင်ပြီး First Boot ကို CD-ROM သို့ပြောင်းပါ။ ကွန်ပျူတာကို ပြန် Restart လုပ်ပါ။ ကွန်ပျူတာ ပြန်ပွင့်တာနဲ့ Press any Key to boot from CD ဆိုတဲ့စာသားပေါ်လာတာနဲ့တစ်ပြိုင်နက် ကီးခလုတ်တစ်ခုခုကို နှိပ်လိုက်ပါ။ Screen ကို သေသေချာချာကြည့်ပြီး ပေါ်လာတဲ့ ညွှန်ကြားချက်များအတိုင်း သေသေချာချာပြုလုပ်ပါ။ ဥပမာ - Licensing Agreement ပေါ်ရင် F8 ကီးကိုနှိတာမျိုးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မကြာခင် To set up Windows
XP … To repair a Windows XP..လို့ပေါ်လာရင် (R=Repair) ကို ရွေးချယ်လိုက်ပါ။ R ကီးကိုနှိပ်ပါ။ ဆက်ပြီး ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို ကြည့်နေပါ။ ဝင်းဒိုး reboot တစ်ချက်ပြန်ဖြစ်ရင် မည်သည့်ကီးကိုမှ မနှိပ်ပါနဲ့။
ဆိုလိုတာက " Press any Key to boot from CD" ဆိုပြီး ပြန်ပေါ်ရင် ကီးခလုတ်ကို မနှိပ်ပါနဲ့။ အလိုလို install လုပ်နေပါလိမ့်မယ်။ မြင်ကွင်းဘယ်ဘက်အောက်ခြေကို သတိပြုကြည့်ပါ။ အဲဒီမှာ "Installing Device" progress bar ဆိုတာ ပေါ်ရင် "Shift+F10" ကီးများကို နှိပ်လိုက်ပါ။ ၄င်းသည် အဓိကပြင်ရမယ့်နေရာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။Command console ပွင့်လာပြီး အဲဒီမှာပြင်ရပါမယ်။ "NUSRMGR.CPL" လို့ရိုက်ထည့်ပြီး Enter ကီးကိုနှိပ်ပါ။
သင့်ရဲ့ User Account (box) ကို မြင်ရပါမယ်။ ၄င်းတွင် password ပြောင်းလိုကပြောင်း.. ဖယ်လိုက ဖယ်ထုတ်နိုင်ပါပြီ။ တကယ်လို့ password အသစ်မပေးချင်ရင် "Control user-passwords2" လို့ရိုက်ထည့်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ မြင်ကွင်းများကို ပိတ်၊ command box ကနေထွက်ပြီး Repair လုပ်ငန်းစဥ်ကို ဆက်လုပ်ပါ။ လုပ်ငန်းအားလုံးပြီးရင် ကွန်ပျူတာကို သုံးနိုင်ပါပြီ။
