Happy Friday ပါနော်
တစ်ခုခုကို စလုပ်တော့မယ်ဆိုရင် အမြဲတမ်း ခြောက်လှန့်နေတတ်တာက "မအောင်မြင်ရင် ဘယ်လိုလုပ်မလဲ?" ဆိုတဲ့ အတွေးပါ။ ဒါပေမဲ့ တကယ်တော့ ကျရှုံးမှုဆိုတာ သင်ခန်းစာတွေ အများကြီးပါတဲ့ "အခမဲ့ သင်တန်း" တစ်ခုနဲ့ တူပါတယ်။
အောင်မြင်သူတွေဟာ ကျရှုံးမှုကို ကြောက်တဲ့သူတွေမဟုတ်ဘဲ ကျရှုံးမှုဆီကနေ "သင်ခန်းစာ (Lesson)" ယူတတ်တဲ့သူတွေ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကျရှုံးမှုကနေ ဘယ်လို သင်ခန်းစာယူသင့်လဲဆိုတာကို မျှဝေပေးသွားပါမယ်ရှင်
Failure as a Teacher 🎓
၁။ ရှုထောင့်ကို ပြောင်းလဲပါ (Reframing Failure)
ကျရှုံးမှုကို "အဆုံးသတ်" လို့ မမြင်ဘဲ "ဒေတာ (Data)" အသစ်ရလိုက်တယ်လို့ မြင်ကြည့်ပါ။ ဥပမာ - Accounting စာမေးပွဲ ကျရှုံးခဲ့ရင် "ငါက မတော်ဘူး" လို့ တွေးမယ့်အစား "ငါ့ရဲ့ ဘယ်အပိုင်းမှာ အားနည်းနေသလဲဆိုတာ သိလိုက်ရပြီ" လို့ ပြောင်းတွေးပါ။
၂။ ဘာကြောင့်ဖြစ်ရသလဲဆိုတာ ဆန်းစစ်ပါ (Root Cause Analysis)
စိတ်ဓာတ်ကျပြီး ထိုင်နေမယ့်အစား Post-mortem လုပ်ပါ။
• ဘာတွေ မှားသွားတာလဲ?
• ဘာကို ငါ ထိန်းချုပ်လို့ ရခဲ့သလဲ?
• နောက်တစ်ကြိမ်ဆိုရင် ဘာကို ကွဲကွဲပြားပြား လုပ်မလဲ?
၃။ အလျင်အမြန် ပြန်ထပါ (Fail Fast, Learn Faster)
ကျရှုံးမှုမှာ အကြာကြီး နစ်မနေပါနဲ့။ ကျရှုံးမှုကို သင်ခန်းစာယူပြီး ချက်ချင်း နောက်တစ်ကြိမ် ပြန်ကြိုးစားခြင်းက အောင်မြင်မှုဆီကို ပိုမြန်မြန် ရောက်စေပါတယ်။ အကြိမ် ၁၀၀ ကျရှုံးဖူးသူဟာ ဘာမှမလုပ်ဘဲ ထိုင်နေသူထက် အတွေ့အကြုံ ၁၀၀ ပိုများပါတယ်။
