Kaw Naw originated in Myanmar and Karen people have our own version.
For spices and seasonings, my family stays with the classics, using local spices and most important is the lemongrass, we usually eat it with a side dish of bean sprouts, fresh tomatoes, boiled eggs, lime, onion fritters, gourd fritters and fresh mint leaf.
