📢 Urgent Hiring Position – Jr. HR Officer (Foreign company)
💲 Salary Range – Up to 4 lakhs (Plus Ferry & OT)
📍 Job Location – Industrial zone in Yangon

Job Description
◾️ Updating daily attendance & Daily Over Time record
◾️Handling payroll software, daily punch record
◾️Updating monthly attendance sheet for salary preparation
◾️Opening bank accounts for workers and corresponded with KBZ bank
◾️Handling emails to deal with KBZ regarding salary payment
◾️Updating new staffs, workers records & resign/ dismissed workers records
◾️Updating leave register, late attendance
◾️Corresponding with agent for staff level recruitment
◾️Preparing SSB documents
◾️Recording for maternity leave, payment & related work.
◾️Monitoring the workers record, department/ section change issue
◾️Preparing daily manpower summary

Job Requirements
◾️ Any Graduate
◾️ Proficiency in spoken and written English
◾️ Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
◾️ Good communication & interpersonal skills
