𝑨𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝑼𝒔:
We develop software solutions for Japanese clients while also building our own AI-driven products that address real social challenges, such as Talent Cloud and SmartPost AI. Due to the upcoming departure of our current PM,　we are seeking a Bridge Project Manager who can work closely with the CEO and lead projects to success through strong communication, ex*****on, and responsibility.

𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:
• Serve as a bridge between Japanese clients, Myanmar clients, and our development team (primarily Myanmar engineers)
• Define requirements, Organize specifications, break down tasks, and manage project progress.
• Lead and Conduct meetings in Japanese, create meeting minutes, and clearly Summarize key points.
• Work closely with the CEO to support decision-making and drive project success.
• Manage project quality, schedule, and cost across projects.
• Provide clear instructions, coordination, and follow-up with the development team.
• Improve productivity using AI tools (e.g., documentation, requirement organization).
• Participate in the planning and development of in-house AI products (Talent Cloud / SmartPost AI).
• Product development focused on solving social issues.
• Involvement in MVP design and continuous improvement cycles.

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 (𝑴𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝑯𝒂𝒗𝒆):
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (able to perform bridge communication).
• Basic understanding of IT / Web system development.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for project success.

𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 (𝑵𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝑯𝒂𝒗𝒆):
• Experience as a Bridge PM or Project Manager at a software development company.
• Hands-on experience as an engineer (any programming Language / years acceptable).
• Experience working with Japanese clients or companies.
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, with Claude, Notion AI, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
• Experience with AI products, SaaS, or startup environments.

Job Details :
Location - Room No. 602, Gandamar Residence, Gandamar Road, Mayangone Township, Yangon.
Working Hours - 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
Off Day - Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
Salary - Negotiable based on skills and experience.
