We're Hiring - Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

✅Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, Facebook Messenger, Viber, and other communication channels
✅Handle customer follow-ups and maintain good customer relationships
✅Create and publish marketing posts on social media platforms
✅Plan and record product promotional videos and short content
✅Meet customers for appointments, discussions, and product presentations
✅Support sales activities and assist in achieving company targets
✅Coordinate with the technical team and management when necessary
✅Prepare basic quotations, invoices, and sales reports when required

Requirements

✅Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
✅Confidence in speaking with customers both online and in person
✅Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva etc.)
✅Experience in networking, CCTV, or IT-related products is preferred
✅Must be active, responsible, and willing to learn

Working Hours

✅Monday to Friday — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
✅Saturday — Only if required by workload or appointments

Negotiable based on experience and skills
