Are you a results-driven professional looking to make an impact in the mental health sector? Counselling Corner is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and lead our growth initiatives.

📍Main Responsibilities
● Set up a strategy, together with the director of the company, to increase the number of people we reach every month.
● Sales calls to companies and organisations for all our services (individual counselling, webinars and workshops, training).
● Networking in the field of HR, private schools & hospitals as well as other events with affiliation on mental well-being.
● Developing content and sales materials (digital and printed)
● Writing of proposals including preparation of tender forms for INGO’s
● Managing a small sales team
● After sales follow-up
● Closely work together with the communications department, the admin department and all other departments within the organisation.
● Manage remotely the sales of the Mandalay office.
Shared Responsibilities as a member of the Support Team
● Help ensure the smooth running of the daily operation
● Contribute to the development of the support team and other procedures that are conducive to the effective operation and supportive of the core purpose of the organization
● Support other members of the team in the fulfillment of their responsibilities.
● Support training transitions if required
● Ensure confidentiality at all times
● Maintain productive and efficient time management during the working day.
● Notify the Director of any unforeseen problems, where appropriate, in a timely fashion.
● Maintain and develop a professional working relationship with all stakeholders and outside agencies.
● Follow organization policy, procedures and ethics of the organization
● Check, respond and action, as appropriate, all communication from stakeholders within one working day.
● Additional duties/ Responsibilities as required by the Director.
