📋 လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များ

- ယာဉ်များကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း၊ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းနှင့် ပြုပြင်ခြင်းများတွင် အထောက်အကူပြုရန်။ (အထူးသဖြင့် Suspension System၊ Brake System နှင့် Clutch System များကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း၊ ပြုပြင်ခြင်းများ လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။)
- Senior Mechanic များနှင့်အတူ စက်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာများကို ချက်ချင်းရှာဖွေဖြေရှင်းခြင်းနှင့် ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းမှုများကို ထိရောက်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
- ကုမ္ပဏီစံနှုန်းများနှင့်အညီ နေ့စဉ် ထိန်းသိမ်းမှုများနှင့် အခြေခံစက်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ပြုပြင်မှုများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
- ကိရိယာများ၊ ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် အလုပ်ဌာနရိယာများကို သန့်ရှင်းပြီး ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းထားရမည်။
- လုံခြုံရေး စည်းမျက်းများကို လိုက်နာပြီး အလုပ်ရုံ စည်းမျဉ်းများနှင့် ညွှန်ကြားချက်များကို လိုက်နာရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်များအတွက် အချိန်ပိုအလုပ်များ လိုအပ်ပါက ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- ဖိအားများအောက်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး အရေးပေါ်ပြုပြင်မှုများကို ထိရောက်စွာ ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်ရမည်။

Key Responsibilities

🔹Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Fleet Management, Building & Facility Maintenance, Administration Audit, and payment deadline management.
🔹Able to supervise vehicle maintenance, GPS tracking, fuel consumption, and license renewal processes.
🔹Good coordination and communication skills in dealing with suppliers, service providers, government offices, and related authorities.
🔹Capable of handling maintenance works, facility safety, and operational support effectively and efficiently.
🔹Strong knowledge of Thilawa Special Economic Zone (TSEZ) regulations, procedures, and operational coordination.
🔹Able to work under pressure and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and reports.

Job Requirements

🔹Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
🔹At least 2 years of experience in Administration background.
🔹 Good personality and negotiation.
🔹Excellent interpersonal relationships and communication.
