As the projects are Japan projects, the applicant must have at least JAPANESE skill level N2 and above OR proficient in both Japanese writing and speaking skills.

🏠 Workplace: Work from home 🇲🇲
🕘 Working hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Weekdays)
💵 Salary: S$1,700 - S$2,700

▶️Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and update documentation.
• Analyze systems, deliver updates, and resolve issues.
• Build partnerships and provide recommendations to leadership.

▶️Required skills and qualifications
• Japanese N2 and above is required
• Proven analytical abilities
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports in Japanese
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Writing and speaking Japanese skills

▶️Preferred skills and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science or Japanese major
• Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
• Extensive experience with data visualization
• Experience in analytics and systems development
• High proficiency in technical writing

🏮Role Description🏮
💠This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager in a Software company.
💠The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of assigned projects, coordinating activities with cross-functional teams, and conducting project evaluations.
💠The primary language of communication will be Japanese.
💠The Project Manager will also ensure that project goals are achieved within the established deadlines and budget.
💠Workplace: Work from home
💠Working hours: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM (1 hour break)
💠Salary: S$ 4,000

🏮Qualifications🏮
💠Must have at least 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
💠Must possess professional working proficiency (speaking and writing) in Japanese.
💠Must have knowledge of Java, JavaScript programming languages
💠Must have a basic level of English skills.Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and tracking projects.Familiarity with agile development and the JIRA management platform is a plus.
💠Having Cloud or AWS experience is a plus.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
💠A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is a plus.
💠Possession of relevant certifications in Project Management is a plus.
