ဒီနှစ်ရဲ့ World Day for Cultural Diversity အထိမ်းအမှတ်ကို ဝန်ထမ်းများအားလုံးသာမက တိုင်းရင်းသားလူမျိုးပေါင်းစုံပါဝင်တဲ့ အုပ်စုချေးငွေအဖွဲ့ဝင်များနှင့်ပါ အတူတကွကျင်းပခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အုပ်စုချေးငွေအဖွဲ့ဝင်များ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲ (VO meeting) မှာ ဝန်ထမ်းများကနေ Cultural Diversity Day နှင့်ပတ်သက်တဲ့ အတွေးအမြင်များကို ချေးငွေအဖွဲ့ဝင်များနှင့် အချင်းချင်းဝေမျှခဲ့ကြပြီး ရိုးရာတိုင်းရင်းသားဝတ်စုံများ ဝတ်ဆင်ကာ အမှတ်တရဓာတ်ပုံများကိုလည်း ရိုက်ကူးခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။

မန်းနေးဂျင်းဒါရိုက်တာ Md Sazaduzzaman က “မတူကွဲပြားမှုများမှတစ်ဆင့်သာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ အားသာချက်တွေကိုရှာနိုင်ပြီး ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ ပေါင်းစည်းမှုဖြစ်လာနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့အနေနဲ့ ကိုယ်ရေးကိုယ်တာ, စိတ်ခံစားမှု နဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စများကို ဟန်ချက်ညီညီထားနိုင်မယ်ဆိုရင် ကိုယ်တိုင်ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ သူဖြစ်လာနိုင်ရုံသာမက ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်မှာရှိနေတဲ့သူတွေနဲ့လည်း စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်မှု တည်ဆောက်နိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်” လို့ပြောပါတယ်။

BRAC Myanmar celebrated this year’s World Day for Cultural Diversity together with all staff, as well as with group loan clients from diverse ethnic backgrounds. During the VO (Village Organization) meetings, our staff shared messages and ideas about Cultural Diversity Day with clients, and also took special photos wearing traditional ethnic costumes.

Our Managing Director, Md Sazaduzzaman stated that “It is through our diversity that we find our strength and come together as one. When we are able to maintain a balance between our personal, emotional, and professional, we are not only managing ourselves better, but also building true unity with those around us.”
