🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Report directly to the Area Manager
• Oversee and manage daily operations of a station (20–30 staff)
• Ensure all operations follow company procedures and guidelines
• Drive station performance to meet operational and organizational goals
• Monitor and improve productivity and efficiency
• Act as a communication hub between departments
• Manage station assets and properties responsibly
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports

🔹 Requirements
• Any Bachelor’s degree (Age 30 and above)
• Basic English proficiency
• Proficient in computer usage, internet, and email
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of Yangon area
• Minimum 3 years of operational management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good planning and time management abilities
• Logistics experience is an advantage
• Adaptable to a fast-paced working environment
