• Arrange and check daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
• Handle manpower arrangements for leave, and public holidays
• Inform teams and clients about new sites, updates, or schedules.
• Manage internal and external customers communication.
• Update data in scheduling software and other records with site details and frequencies.
• Ensure complaints are addressed in schedules and manage time arrangements.

Job Title: Junior CCE - 2 Posts

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

-Collect original service reports written in Burmese from the service team.
-Translate service reports from Burmese to English.
-Send the translated service reports to customers in a timely manner.
-Prepare and distribute the daily schedule to the internal service team.
-Prepare and share the weekly service schedule with customers.
-Coordinate communication between the service team and customers as needed.
