Hey Future Product Leaders! Better Technologies Myanmar Limited is looking for an energetic and motivated Product Management Intern to join our team!

In this role, you will support our product release and customer communication processes. Your main focus will be ensuring accurate and timely documentation of product releases and keeping everything up to date in our Release Center and Customer Management Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update release tickets in the Customer Management Center
• Ensure all product release information is clearly documented and communicated
• Maintain and keep the Release Center up to date with the latest product changes and updates
• Coordinate with product managers and engineers to gather release details
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of release notes and related documentation
• Support in organizing and tracking release-related tasks
• Assist in improving the release documentation process for better clarity and efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic understanding of product lifecycle or software development
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
• Eagerness to learn product processes and release workflows

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with documentation tools or ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, internal CMS tools)
• Interest in product management or SaaS products
