• Prepares budget quotations of project or components of project.
• Prepares and reviews/validates the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) from design, development, and final drawings.
• Prepares or reviews payment certificate
• Measures and values the work done on site

- Perform Renderings and visualizations
• High Attention and focus to detailing.
• Not only able to work independently and but also good team player.
• Good time management skill and effectively meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of building codes is an advantage.

• B. Tech/ B. Engineering/ B. Arch degree holderand at least 2 to 3 years experiences in relevant fields.
• Excellent render and visualizing skills. Must be proficient with computer-aided design (CAD), Sketch Up, VRay, Lumion, Adobe PhotoshopSkills.
• Must be an expert in use of software:
• A keen interest in the built environment and the dedication to see projects through to conclusion
• Able to produce and print out the technical drawings and documentation.
