Job Description:
KyoPay is currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join a Fintech company based in Yan-gon (Currently work from home). If you are passionate about Marketing and are looking to pursue a career in the Digital and FinTech industries, then this job could be ideal for you.

With a large client base that is continuously growing this company is part of the digital data revolution and is looking for someone to join them on their exciting journey to help support and grow the company's presence through their marketing channels.

The role is varied and fast-paced with a great opportunity for you to work across all aspects of the marketing mix under the guidance of the Marketing & Business Development Director and closely working with Digital Presence & Marketing Officer for promoting different packages for SMEs, engaging new clients and developing oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Supporting the business development and sales team in attaining sales order taking and customer response processes.

2) Promotional activities, Organizing events, roadshow, and product exhibitions

3) Getting engagement with a different type of business especially SMEs through email marketing, telephone marketing, and SMS marketing

4) Gathering required documents for KyoPay KYC and Sale Process

5) Support and Assist to Business Development Team in Preparing proposals, agreements, sales and agents reports, and presentations

6) Gathering monthly, weekly, or daily sales analysis from sale teams

7) Updating the status of the Marketing Record database in the database or computer.

8) Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal sales meetings.

9) Coordinate with Marketing and assist the sales team in the implementation of sales activities/tools as prepared by the department

10) Assist in Promoting Marketing Activities through Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and etc)

11) Report and check customer feedback.

12) Other duties may be assigned as required.

Job Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position has:

• Proven working experience in Sale and Marketing
• Any degree or undergraduate
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
• knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
• Knowledge of content management systems.
• Must have excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Share ideas with the team.
