Diffuser ( Steam & Gas Vent Silencer )

Myan Steam - DF 200 Model Diffuser ကတော့ Operation High Pressure Steam / Gas ကို ပတ်ဝန်းကျင် လေထုဖိအားအတွင်း ( Atmospheric pressure )သို့လျှော့ချ လွှင့်ထုတ်ရာမှာအသုံးပြုပါတယ်။

မြင့်မားသောဖိအားပြောင်းလဲမှုကြောင့်ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသောအသံဆူညံမှု( High Noise ) ကို 80 % အထိ လျှော့ချ နိုင်တဲ့ အပြင် Speed And Pressure Change ကြောင့် ဖြစ်စေမည့် ပွတ်တိုက်ပျက်စီးစေခြင်း ( Erosion ) ၊ ဘွိုင်လာတွင်းမှရေပူများပတ်ဝန်းကျင်သို့ လွင့်စင် ခြင်း ( Carry Over ) ကိုလည်း မဖြစ်စေခြင်း တို့ က လည်း ပတ်ဝန်းကျင် နှင့် Operation System တစ်ခုလုံး ရဲ့ ဘေးကင်းလုံခြုံမှုကို ရရှိ စေမှာပါ။

Steam Vent Diffuser ဆိုတာဘာလဲ? ဘာလို့အရေးကြီးတာလဲ?

Steam vent diffuser ဟာ သက်တောင့် သက်သာရှိတဲ့ အသံနဲ့ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထဲကို စွန့်ထုတ်နေတဲ့ အပူငွေ့ (steam) သို့မဟုတ် အခြားဓာတ်ငွေ့တွေကြောင့် ဖြစ်နိုင်တဲ့ ဆူညံသံနဲ့ အပျက်အစီးတွေကို လျှော့ချပေးနိုင်ဖို့ ဒီဇိုင်းထုတ်ထားတဲ့ စက်ပစ္စည်းတစ်ခုပါ။ ဒီစက်ကို vents, valves, steam traps တို့မှာ အသုံးပြုလေ့ရှိပါတယ်။

အရေးကြီးတဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များ

1. အသံလျှော့ချမှု (Noise Reduction)

အပူငွေ့ကို မြန်နှုန်းမြင့်နဲ့ atmosphere ထဲကို စွန့်တဲ့အခါ ကြီးမားတဲ့ အသံတွေဖြစ်တတ်ပါတယ်။ Diffuser တွေက ဒီအသံကို ၈၀% ထိ လျှော့ချပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

2. ပျက်စီးမှုလျှော့ချ နိုင် (Erosion Control)

မြန်နှုန်းမြင့် steam discharge ဟာ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ပစ္စည်းတွေကို ပျက်စီးစေနိုင်ပါတယ်။ Diffuser က ဒီဖိအားကို နှေး​စေပြီး ဖြေဖျောက်ပေးတာကြောင့် ပျက်စီးမှုနှုန်းနည်းလာပါတယ်။

3. ဘေးကင်းလုံခြုံရေးမြှင့်တင်မှု (Safety)

ဆူညံ အသံနည်းတာကြောင့် ဝန်ထမ်းတွေ၏ နားကြားစွမ်းအားကို ထိခိုက်စေနိုင်မှုလျော့နည်းပြီး ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်လည်း ပိုမိုဘေးကင်းလုံခြုံစေပါတယ်။

4. ဥပဒေအတိုင်း လိုက်နာမှု (Compliance)

စက်မှုဇုန်အများစုမှာ ဆူညံသံ အတွက် စည်းမျဉ်းတွေရှိပါတယ်။ Diffuser တွေက ဒီအချက်တွေကို ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။

5. Water Hammer ကိုကာကွယ် (Water Hammer Prevention)

တချို့ Diffuser များက Steam trap မှ condensate return line ထဲကို စွန့်တဲ့အခါ Water hammer ဖြစ်မှုကိုလည်း လျှော့ချပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။
