Job Requirement
Trainee Credit Officer

❖ High School Graduated or University Students.
❖ Fluency in Myanmar language and Local person is morepreferable.
❖ Strong written and oral communication skills.
❖ Highest level of integrity, commitment, self-motivated and result oriented.
❖ Ability to work effectively and must have strong teamspirit, adaptability and flexibility
❖ Strong organizational skills and problem solving skill
❖ Ability to communicate effectively with companystakeholders


Junior Credit Officer
❖ High school graduated or University students.
❖ At least one year of working experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the field of Microfinance / Banking Sector/ Financial Sector
❖ Fluency in Myanmar language and Local person is morepreferable.
❖ Strong written and oral communication skills.
❖ Highest level of integrity, commitment, self-motivated and result oriented.
❖ Ability to work effectively and must have strong teamspirit, adaptability and flexibility
❖ Strong organizational skills and problem solving skill
❖ Ability to communicate effectively with companystakeholders

Credit Officer
❖ Final Year or Diploma, preferably in university graduated.
❖ At least three years above of working experience,preferably in the field of Microfinance / Banking Sector/ Financial Sector.
❖ Fluency in Myanmar language and Local person is morepreferable.
❖ Strong written and oral communication skills.
❖ Highest level of integrity, commitment, self-motivated and result oriented.
❖ Ability to work effectively and must have strong teamspirit, adaptability and flexibility
❖ Strong organizational skills and problem solving skill
❖ Ability to communicate effectively with companystakeholders
