Are you an operational leader who loves building systems, not just managing them? We are a premier Bird’s Nest beverage manufacturer in Yangon, established in 2019. As we scale our production and expand our retail footprint across Myanmar, we are transitioning from a family-run operation to a systematic corporate enterprise. We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead this transformation.

🔹 The Challenge:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be the backbone of our business. You will oversee the entire supply chain—from sourcing raw bird’s nest to the delivery of finished goods. Your mission is to implement professional SOPs, digitize data collection, and optimize efficiency across Production, Procurement, and Logistics.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight: Align operational capacity with our aggressive sales targets.
Process Transformation: Design and enforce SOPs to standardize quality and efficiency.
Supply Chain: Manage vendor relationships and inventory to prevent stock-outs and wastage.
Data-Driven Leadership: Monitor KPIs and present weekly performance reports to the Board.

🔹 Who We Are Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Factory Management (FMCG/Food & Beverage preferred).
Track Record: Proven success in implementing new systems or leading business transformation.
Skills: Strong data analysis (Excel/Reporting) and cross-functional leadership.
Language: Native Burmese; Professional proficiency in English.
