🦠 Canine Adenovirus Type 2 (CAV-2) ဆိုတာဘာလဲ?
🔬Canine Adenovirus Type 2 (CAV-2) ဟာ ခွေးတွေရဲ့ အသက်ရှူလမ်းကြောင်း ကိုထိခိုက်စေတဲ့ ဗိုင်းရပ်စ်တစ်မျိုးဖြစ်ပြီး၊ Kennel Cough (ခွေး ချောင်းခြောက် ဆိုးတဲ့ရောဂါ) ဖြစ်စေတဲ့ အကြောင်းရင်းတွေထဲက တစ်ခုပါ။
ဒီဗိုင်းရပ်စ်ဟာ Canine Infectious Tracheobronchitis လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ အသက်ရှူလမ်းကြောင်းအပေါ်ပိုင်းမှာဖြစ်တဲ့ရောဂါဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

⚠️ ကူးစပ်ပြန့်ပွားနည်း ( Transmission ):
CAV-2 ဟာ ခွေးတစ်ကောင်ကနေ တစ်ကောင်သို့
• အသက်ရှူခြင်း၊
• ချောင်းဆိုးခြင်း၊
• နှာရည်ထွက်ခြင်း
လိုအရာတွေမှတဆင့် လွယ်လွယ်ကူကူ ပြန့်ပွားနိုင်ပါတယ်။
အထူးသဖြင့် ခွေးအများစု စုပေါင်းနေရာများ (Kennel, Training Center, Pet Shop) တွေမှာ အဖြစ်များပါတယ်။

🤧 ရောဂါလက္ခဏာများ ( Symptoms ):
CAV-2 နဲ့ ကူးစက်ခံရတဲ့ ခွေးတွေအနေနဲ့ –
• ချောင်းဆိုးမှု (အနည်းအကျဉ်းလေးနဲ့ စပြီး
တဖြည်းဖြည်းပိုမိုပြင်းထန်လာနိုင်တယ်)
• နှာချေ၊ နှာရည်ကျခြင်း
• မျက်ရည်ယိုခြင်း
• အဖျားတက်ခြင်း
• အားနည်းခြင်း
• အစာစားချင်စိတ်နည်းခြင်း
လက္ခဏာတွေက အခြေအနေ၊ အသက်အရွယ်အပေါ် မူတည်ပြီး တစ်ပတ်ခန့်ကြာတတ်ပါတယ်။

🩺 ဆေးကုသခြင်း ( Treatment ):
CAV-2 ရောဂါဟာ ဗိုင်းရပ်စ်ကြောင့် ဖြစ်တာကြောင့်
ပိုးသတ်ဆေးနဲ့ မကုသနိုင်ပါ။
ဒါပေမဲ့ အထိရောက်ဆုံးကုထုံးက အနားယူခြင်း၊ သန့်ရှင်းသောဖြည့်စွက်အစာ စားသုံးခြင်း နှင့် တခြား secondary infection မဖြစ်အောင် ကာကွယ်ဆေးများ အသုံးပြုခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

💉 ကာကွယ်နည်း ( Prevention ):
ကာကွယ်ရေးအနေနဲ့ ခွေးတွေကို ကာကွယ်ဆေးထိုးခြင်းဟာ အရေးကြီးဆုံးပါ။
CAV-2 ကို Hipradog 7
လိုမျိုး Combination Vaccine တစ်မျိုးဖြစ်တဲ့ CAV-1, CAV-2, CDV, CPV, Leptospira စတဲ့ ရောဂါများကို တစ်ပြိုင်တည်းကာကွယ်ပေးနိုင်တဲ့ vaccine မျိုးအသုံးပြုသင့်ပါတယ်။
