Hiring Business Development Executive Position to joining our growing team.

*** Job Description ***

• To provide administrative/translation support to the Business Development Manager
• To provide market research and data collection support
• To provide project development assistance (monitor gantt chart & flowchart)
• To word-process documents (i.e. letters, correspondence, reports, agendas, minutes)
• To take minutes of meetings as required
• To act as a professional contact with partners and clients
• To ensure good communications with cross divisional staff
• Able to prospects potential clients and maintain, sustain the existing clients.
• Cold calling the prospects introduce the company.
• Set up the meeting and give presentation about the company services.
• Monitor the business related news article and sharing internal
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned
• Plan meetings and taking detailed minutes

*** Requirements ***

- Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of two (2) year in business development or market research experience
- English must be at least intermediate level
- Be able to travel depends on the project requirement
- Have knowledge on the sale process and a passion for finding and selling to new customers.
- Strong communication, organizational, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good at developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Must have good at MS Office (Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
