Operation Admin Manager (Urgent Need)

👩‍Regional Sales and Marketing Manager Pharmaceutical F (2) Post (One for Mandalay and One for Yangon)

- Graduate (B Pharm/MBBS/BDS with MBA (or) MPA or similar qualifier certificate)

- More than (5) years experience in pharmaceutical field as manager level.

- Innovative / hand working and able to work under pressure

- Manage Sales and Marketing staffs and acecute a sale goal for the region

- Plan for break down sale target annually ,quarterly and get sale goal as per plan.

- Manage sale and marketing team in order to maximize sale performance and meet set goal.

- Product training and educating sale and Marketing staff with presentation of strategies and regular meeting.

- Discuss with hold force and team concerned monthly trip proposal and finalize this trip with division Head & MD.

- Coaching and assist sale and marketing external product customer as per plan.

-Salary- Negotiable

Location – Mingalar Taungnyunt (YGN), Chanmyathazi (MDY)

Office Time: - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Working Days: - Monday to Saturday

Off Day: - Sunday and Public Holidays
