📌 Position Details

Salary Range: 3.5 Lakhs ~ 4.5 Lakhs (Experience ပေါ်မူတည်၍ ညှိနှိုင်းပေးမည်)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekend & Public Holidays Off)
Location: Pazundaung Township, Yangon.

🔹 Responsibilities
▫️Customer များ၏ မေးမြန်းစုံစမ်းမှုများကို Phone, Email နှင့် Social Media များမှတစ်ဆင့် ယဉ်ကျေးပျူငှာစွာ တုံ့ပြန်ဖြေကြားပေးရန်။

▫️ Customer များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်နှင့် အခက်အခဲများကို စိတ်ရှည်စွာနားထောင်ပြီး ထိရောက်သော အကူအညီများပေးရန်။

▫️Customer Data များကို စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင် ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။

▫️ ရှိရင်းစွဲ Customer များနှင့် ရေရှည်ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်အောင် တည်ဆောက်ရန်။

▫️ရုပ်ရည်ချောမော ပြေပြစ်ပြီး လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

▫️ စကားပြောဆို ယဉ်ကျေးပျူငှာပြီး စိတ်ရှည်သည်းခံနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

▫️ကွန်ပျူတာ (Word, Excel, Email, Internet) အခြေခံ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။

▫️အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိရမည်။

▫️ (လိုအပ်ပါက) ရုံးပြင်ပ Meeting များ သွားရောက်ပေးနိုင်သူများကို ပိုမိုဦးစားပေးမည်။
