We are looking for Accountant to manage financial transactions, records, and reporting, while also handling student voucher processes and registration payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• To maintain accurate financial records (AP, AR, and general ledger)
• To process invoices, payments, and expense reports on time
• To handle student registration payments (tuition fees, materials, etc.)
• To support student voucher processes (verification, processing, reconciliation)
• To communicate with students, parents, and partners on payment matters
• To assist with payment inquiries, refunds, and financial aid support
• To help monitor budgets, track expenses, and report variances
• To prepare basic financial reports and assist in forecasting
• To ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• To support audits by organizing documents and providing required information
• To collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Honest, reliable, and willing to learn

• Must have experience in business development, sales, or account management

• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English)
• Able to have experience with CRM systems (e.g., Odoo)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Must be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
